You’ll be monitoring the hotlines for a few days, and responding along with your team to crisis events.  You will be trained as to how to effectively respond to crisis situations, taking control of those affected and successfully bring about calm and resolution.

This role will not only gain you very important “supervisory hours” so you can move ahead, you yourself will gain supervisory hours as you’ll have chance to instruct and train bachelors level candidates!

This program partners with another trained social worker, so you’ll be part of a “team”.  In addition, you’ll receive extensive training on their model of treatment provided for partners and families as well as ongoing training and the support for your own next license.  This model of treatment has earned national awards and is being utilized across the country in treating violence in adults and family models.

No weekends and a flexibility to start and end your day in this full time role where you’ll have in community experience along with your partner social worker, allowing your day to fly by!  3 WEEKS VACATION DAY ONE, 10 SICK DAYS, 13 HOLIDAYS AND A MATCHING 403 B.
